HOW TO BUILD A VoIP VOICE LOGGER SYSTEM

Building your own VoIP voice logging system can be rewarding as well as financially lucrative. By utilizing your own PC and purchasing the needed VoIP software you can save thousands of dollars and have a system to record your phone conversations.

With the advent of IP technology more and more businesses are changing their phone systems to IP technology.

If you use your own server your voice recorder is more under your technological control, to upgrade your software or change your server to a newer model, you simply remove the old server and download the software licenses to the new server and you have a modern system.

There is another advantage to building your own VoIP voice logging system, is self maintenance.

The component that usually breaks on all phone recording systems is the Server, by using your own server you can easily switch PC's and be up and running in minutes instead of waiting for the service man to come to your office diagnose the problem and repair it.

Installation is simple:

Open the cover of the server
Plug in the NIC card(s) if not already there (2 are needed for VoIP Recording. 1 to access your network and 1 to sniff the VoIP Packets
Load the software
Configure your phones

(Note: The operating system must be installed acording to specifications)

The cost for the software is roughly $325.00 per agent

You can have up to 500 voice recording channels on one server.
