Introduction

The RC series is a "stand alone" voice logging system intended for operation 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. The RC series is browser based with Windows XP Operating System and features an optional Public Safety software. The Administrator has the ability to assign unlimited user rights and no "seat licenses" or other user fees are associated with RC voice logging systems. Access is gained from the user’s PC with their browser (Internet Explorer) and is via the local area network (LAN) or Internet if the System is on an external IP address or VPN access is available. Depending upon rights assigned to individual users they can have remote access to the System’s full or limited System functionality.
